Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;- Isaiah 5:20-21

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes,
And prudent in their own sight!

Isaiah 5:20-21

Friends, Satan and his minions have been duping people since the beginning of time. Literally the beginning; remember Eve and the fruit with Adam apparently there doing nothing to stop it?

Its never stopped. If it wasn’t for the Helper, the wheels would have come off long ago.

Thankfully, God is more than able to overcome all these lies, duplicity, arrogant pride and downright evil. When its dark, the light shines even brighter as does God’s glory.

If you look at today’s and yesterday’s current event with the revelation lens of this passage, it explains a lot.

The majority of the founders were well acquainted with God’s Word and saw the world with this perspective. More importantly, they were also men of action. They of course were not perfect but had the desire and will to make it better. They were indeed inspired men of God who promoted liberty, the pursuit of happiness while revering the Creator.

When people lose sight of God, bad things, evil things happen all the more. Thats a fact so what are we going to do about it?
