Planning is figuring out which path to take, when and with whom.
Knowledge is having the faculties and resources to know which is the correct path.
Wisdom is having the experience and insight as to when, where and why there is a path.
Integrity is taking the right path even when no one is looking.
Discipline is actually taking the path instead of just talking about it, even when it’s uphill and cold.
Passion is traveling upon it with ‘vim and vigor’.
Teamwork is sharing the load and working in harmony to travel more effectively.
Communication is not getting lost and remembering why you are on the path.
Leadership is getting people to take the path with you, for their reasons, while arriving to the destination in tact, as well as possible.
