Christians believe the Bible is the inerrant word of God for many reasons, including:

2. Historical accuracy: Many theologians point to the historical accuracy of the Bible as evidence of its inerrancy. They point to events and people described in the Bible are supported by other historical accounts and archaeological evidence. 3. Consistency: The Bible contains 66 books written by different authors over a period of thousands of years, yet it presents a unified message and consistent teachings. 4. Unfiltered: The accounts told in the Bible are raw and unfiltered. Its stories and biographies reveal warts and all. The narrative is cleary NOT written to tickle people’s hears. It purpose is Divine. The patriarchs made plenty of terrible mistakes, were disobedient and foolish all too often. The Bible reveals truth like no other book.

6. Personal experience: Many Christians have had personal experiences with the Bible that have convinced them of its inerrancy. Many have found comfort, guidance, power and/or wisdom in its pages, or have witnessed its transformative power in their own lives or the lives of others. There is no other self-improvement book like it. Some people used it’s pages to wipe there dirty butts with its pages while others have reclaimed its Holy pages and read the stained discarded pages for dear devotion.

9. Endurance: People from all over the world have tried and attempted to deny, burn, destroy, and ban the Bible for centuries. It’s hate unprecedented yet it is proliferation unstoppable. It’s power is strongest in defense.

10. Law & Culture: The Bible is foundational to many of the greatest societies and laws on earth. The ancient Ten Commandments are remain relevant today as they are based on a bedrock of principles. Jesus Christ’s teaching have elevated women, ethnicities, free slaves, empower pro-life and defend the innocent along with elevating the disabled. More hospitals, charities, schools and benevolent institutions exist today because of the Bible’s teachings than any other cause.

Despite these Top Ten reasons the Bible is legitimate to the claims, it still requires faith to fully believe and follow it. God made is such.
