According to Socrates there are three filters we need to run through to avoid gossiping.
I think #2 must be that your motivation is good and pure, not one of selfish gain nor deceitful. You know because sometimes the truth hurts and isn’t all good and positive. After-all, ignorance is only bliss so far. Is my motivation for telling you this filled with goodness?
