My Pondering
This is quote is so true. It the very reason for this blog.
God is omniscient, omnipresent and seeks a relationship with each of us. Be assured, if He isn’t close, it’s not because God has moved.
The Holy Spirit is a gentle Person. He doesn’t force Himself upon anyone. God is persistent and patient but there becomes a time when it all ends. Like the old saying, “Make hay while the sun is shining”.
Answer the door and invite Him in.
“He came to His own and His own received Him not.” John 1:11
A lil poem I wrote a while back.
Title: A sovereign God and man’s freewill coexisting.
He came to some and others not.
Some responded but others not.
Not one He passed could receive Him.
Nor all He came to would receive Him.

People talk about and seek to spend time with those they love. The more you seek, the more you find. Thankfully, God is amazing consistent and amazingly mysterious. No man can fully know His riches and depth yet it only requires child like faith to know Him.
Whoever says by word or deed that they are too busy to spend time with God is a fool. That’s blunt but true. If the President of the United States, even one you don’t care for, request a meeting with you, would you not clear you schedule?
You hopefully see where I am going with that last question.
Jesus wants and deserves your time and all of you, for that matter. And His status is a bit higher than the POTUS. Lots!
