A caring person realizes all diseases, viruses, life taking conditions like cancer, heart disease, diabetis, malaria, hypertension, flu, and, the host of respiratory covids are a serious concern. You don’t have to be a doctor or scientist to realize that. Most educated people are understanding and compassionate toward others and certainly their own livelihoods and of their families and friends.
Basic logic and discernment isn’t a stretch for many, well some which I hope includes you and I.
When Joe Biden announced a few months ago that 500,000 Americans have died from Covid-19, I thought that number was pretty high. All along, it seems like anyone and everyone whom died with anything associated with Covid WAS the cause. Should there not be a difference from dying WITH Covid than BECAUSE of Covid.
Anyhow, I have searched on and off this with limited results and have been waiting for the overall mortality statistics to be released from our government, the CDC for 2020 as in the spring is when Covid was the talk of the world and certainly the United States. Its is rather critical and simple numbers to report one would think.
Here is what the CDC is finally reporting:
In 2020, approximately 3,358,814 deaths occurred in the United States (Table). The age-adjusted rate was 828.7 deaths per 100,000 population, an increase of 15.9% from 715.2 in 2019.
According to this article they released the data:
The CDC reports more than 2.9 million deaths in the U.S. in 2020; there were at least 377,000 more deaths in 2020 compared to previous years
But wait a minute, from the chart below there was 2,512,880 deaths as of November 14, 2020
So doing some basic math, that leaves 12.5% of the year remaining. So of we take 2,512,880 x 1.125 that equals: 2,826,990.
That is no where close to the number the CDC finally reported: 3,358,814
As many of us know, John Hopkins has been doing a lot of tracking on this subject. Why was their article which ends up being contrary to eventual CDC number get pulled?

It sure leads one to distrust the CDC and looks like someone is ‘cooking the books’.
I wish I had more time and skills to further investigate it.

What about the flu?
“During the 2019 flu season from Sept. 29 to Dec. 28, the CDC reported more than 65,000 cases of influenza nationwide. During the same period this flu season, the agency reported 1,016 cases.” – USA Today reported.
What a drop from 65k to 1k. Let’s that’s hmmm…65X less. Amazing, Covid pretty much cured influenza.

In the same period, children’s deaths from influenza dropped from 92 to 1. Wowza, 92X drop. Amazing!
Curious minds want to know how is this possible?
Is it lack of focus? A testing issue? Could this be attributed to the lock downs, which didn’t help spreading Covid significantly? Or is it a medical miracle?
