My Pondering
Oh, man has come a long ways his understanding of science but is merely scratching the surface of God’s intellect. As written, God’s ways are above ours as the clouds are above the earth. When digging into the deep things of God, we can only go so far. To go any further, to go anywhere meaningful, it requires faith 1st and foremost.
Upon attempting to plumb some of deep God’s sovereignty and free will, salvation, eternal security, the relationship of the Trinity, Christ’s gospel, good / evil, and all the other ‘whys’ we must simply trust, love, work, abide and hope in, by and of God.
Like someone wise wrote, ‘Where the knowledge of science ends, God is just begining’.
All I can do (trust, love, work, abide, hope) is all I can do (trust, love, work, abide, hope), but all I can do (trust, love, work, abide, hope) is enough, LORD willing!
My prayer: Lord, please give me the knowledge I need and not too much that I miss what is truly important. Knowing the difference is wisdom and I sure require Your discernment and help. One thing is for sure, You are God and I am not. May Your Spirit guide and seal me.
