My take: There are not many official kings nowadays but we all have people we serve and report to. To make someone feel like a king is smart.
We all want people we work with to ‘deal wisely’ right? So what that consist of? I know what its not. Deception, half truths, going thru thru motions, jobs done half right, dead end shortcuts, consistent tardiness, sloppy, impaired thinking, lack of planning creating emergencies left and right, poor and slow communication, and just doing the bare minimum or less to ‘get by’. That is my shameful list.
Did I leave any important ones out?
My prayer: My desire is to be an over achiever. God help me. Really!
